WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I GET A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM?
Please send an email to returns ulsfaar@outlook.com. In the body of the email please include your order number, a picture of the damage and a short description of the issue.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately .we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.

 

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Products are shipped from one of our warehouses - either from the US or Asia.
In general, products shipped from the US take 4-8 days to arrive. International delivery may take 2-5 weeks.
If your order hasn't arrived yet, do not worry; it's on its way. You can always track your package, or e-mail us for additional information.
We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

 

CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF WHAT I JUST ORDERED?
Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage. Please contact us immediately to cancel the order. Otherwise, we’d be happy to start a return for you for the goods you didn’t mean to order.
